Shaped by both European and American training, her work moves fluidly between contemporary, modern, and ballet traditions, with an emphasis on musicality, clarity, and emotional nuance.
Since graduating in 2022, she has developed a dynamic career as both a performer and educator. She is a company member with Drye/Marinaro Dance Company and Neville Dance Theatre, and a teaching artist with the Ailey Arts in Education & Community Program, where she contributes to expanding access to dance through community-based work. She also teaches at Dance Cavise in Westchester, where she is dedicated to guiding and mentoring the next generation of young artists.
Her performance experience includes appearances connected to Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, including ‘Memoria’ at New York City Center and The Spirit Gala at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center. She has also been part of large-scale and site-specific projects such as the Thriller FlashMob in Times Square and A Leaf Pilgrimage with The High Line, bringing dance into shared public spaces.
Virginia has further supported professional training programs as a rehearsal and teaching assistant for choreographers including Brice Mousset and Bradley Shelver, working with institutions such as The Ailey School, Joffrey Ballet School, and Steps on Broadway. She received her training at The Ailey School in New York, the Institut de Formation Rick Odums in Paris, and La Scuola del Balletto di Toscana in Florence.
Fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish, she brings a refined, international perspective to her work — one rooted in movement, collaboration, and cultural exchange.
